The Family Team - Mom-Ninja-Dad

We train every saturday at 11:00-12:00.
We train in the gymhall on Vibeengskolen, Vibeng Allé 2, 4690 Haslev.


You have the opportunity to train Taekwondo together as a family. The team is for parents and their kids. The kids must be in the age of 6-12 years old. 

We train in the dobok, which is the overdraft suit. If you don't have a dobok, you can train in loose clothes. We also train barefoot. Indoor shoes can be arranged if you have foot problems.

About the Family Team

The Mom-Ninja-Dad team is created for parents/adults and their kids, who wish to share an active and meaningful experience together. This is not only about kicks, punches and movement, but also about community, respect and fun. Parents and kids train side by side, so you learn how to set goals, support each other and challenge your selves. The training strengthens the body and the relationship - and gives you something special to cherish as a family. 

As a family you get:
- A mutal project that brings you closer together
- Quality time without screens (lots of movement and laughter)
- An opportunity to support each other and share experiences, to talk about at home

There are no competition between the generations - only teamwork, learning and common development. 
Everybody regards age and experience can join the team (the kids must be atleast 6 years old). The instructor adapts the level so both parents and kids get sweats on the forehead and lots of laughs.
